1. What this is

Impressentation ("we", "us") is a web-based presentation builder at impressentation.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You can use the builder without an account. To save decks to the cloud, you'll need to sign in with your email. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account — don't share accounts.

3. What you can do

• Build, edit, and export presentations for personal or commercial use
• Use any template, palette, or block type included in the product
• Share or distribute your exported HTML decks however you want — they're yours

4. What you can't do

• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the Impressentation builder itself
• Use the service to produce illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass payment gating, watermark enforcement, or usage limits
• Reverse-engineer the builder or its export format for the purpose of building a competing product

5. Free and paid plans

Free: 1 deck, watermark on exports. The watermark links to impressentation.com and must not be removed or hidden on the free plan.

Credit Pack ($8.99): 10 deck exports, no watermark. Credits don't expire. Non-refundable after use.

Unlimited ($14.99/mo or $99.99/yr): Unlimited decks, no watermark, AI editor access. Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the billing period.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.

Refund policy: If you're unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 7 days at hello@impressentation.com. We'll issue a refund for unused credits or the current billing period. No refunds for credits that have already been used.

7. Your content

You own everything you create with Impressentation. We don't claim rights to your presentations, text, images, or brand assets. We don't use your content for training, marketing, or any other purpose without your explicit permission.

8. AI features

The AI editor uses third-party AI models to generate content. AI-generated content may not be accurate — you're responsible for reviewing and editing it before sharing. We don't guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

9. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. Your exported HTML files work independently of our service — they're self-contained and don't depend on our servers.

10. Termination

You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we shut down the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and let you export your decks.

11. Liability

Impressentation is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
